Are there any system requirements to using this platform?

This platform uses a variaty of media formats. Therefore there are some special requirements to your computer system.

Operating System: Windows 7 / Windows Vista / Windows XP

Browsers: Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9+

To ensure functionality please make sure that all browser plugins such as Flashplayer are up to date and JavaScript is turned on.



Is DQS eSolutions compatible with Tablet computers?

DQS eSolutions platform can be viewed on tablet computers. However there is no full support for our featured audio guidance due to missing Flash plugins for e.g. mobile devices using iOS by Apple.



What are accepted payment methods?

We accept payments via PayPal and major credit card vendors such as VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

We use PayPal as a payment processor for both PayPal and credit card transfers.


What does an account for eSolutions cost?

The account for DQS eSolutions itself is free. This account is required for both our free and paid solutions.

To access the paid solutions you will be asked to pay for these individually before access is granted.
